Don't just visit the lake, live there! Both resorts are always looking for full and part time workers.
General Informationabout employment:
- Seasonal, full time positions average 26-40 hours/week
- Pay rates start between $6-$9/hr.
- Start dates vary, however high season hiring dates are April 15 and November 15
- Uniforms are required and vary by position. Employees are responsible for providing their own pants and uniform shirts must be purchased from Sportsman's Lodge after arriving.
- Employee housing is available but is limited.

Oak Island employment is a great experience to disconnect from the hussle and bussle of the city life. Because we are on an island staff will be crosstrained in some departments. Housing is available.
